The publisher Fertility Earth was born in 2000 with aim of promoting and disseminating organic farming and ranching and consumption of organic food, to help improve the environment and to recover culture and landscapes. The coordinate a team of journalists from 90 to participate in this diffuser work related to ecology and especially organic farming groups.

Independently edited a quarterly journal, Fertility of the Earth, which works the organic sector including the most experienced farmers, researchers and technicians from across the state and in other European countries. With the same rigorous and entertaining style edit authentic books, authors with expertise not only in theory but also in practice, which can transmit their knowledge and encourage them to make organic farming.
