PowerWORMS, a project funded by the European ERASMUS initiative, aims to study, research and verify vermicomposting production techniques and specifications to transfer knowledge to stakeholders; farmers and consumers so that the importance of using vermicompost is disseminated.
The project will develop digital educational materials and carry
out training activities for farmers, students, families, teachers and
professionals in the sector.
PowerWORMS also aims to establish a network and
discussion platform between researchers, academics, representatives of
public organizations, marketing experts, consumers and local producers
to share different perspectives, expert opinions and discover new
opportunities and ways to improve production processes. existing
production, as well as facilitating innovation.
